Vineyard & Production

Fruit is sourced from vineyards in Hemel-en-Aarde, Walker Bay and Elgin, grown on iron-rich clay, granite and sandstone soils. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity. No oak is used, and the wine is bottled with minimal intervention to maintain clarity and precision.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw-yellow with green reflections. The nose is restrained yet expressive, with aromas of citrus peel, fresh herbs and white flowers, and a dusty mineral edge. Crisp and elegant on the palate, with ripe acidity and a fine, tensile texture. Flavours of grapefruit, lemon zest and subtle vegetal notes lead to a long, savoury finish with a touch of saline complexity.

Perfect Pairings

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with raw seafood, fresh spring salads, pickled fish, marinated vegetables and soft goat's cheese. Best served chilled at 10 degrees.
