Seifried sources grapes from two complementary sites: Brightwater Vineyard, 15km from the coast and sheltered by the Richmond ranges, planted in extremely stony soils that limit vigour and produce intensely flavoured fruit; and Redwood Valley, an unirrigated north-facing clay vineyard with vines aged 10–30 years, optimally exposed for maximum ripeness and aromatic intensity. Vineyard & Production

Gewürztraminer grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and allowed brief skin contact before pressing. The clear juice undergoes cool, temperature-controlled fermentation with pure yeast, followed by maturation on yeast lees for added texture. The wine is then racked, blended, clarified, stabilised, and bottled to preserve its vibrant aromatic character.
