The Secret Speyside 15 Year Old single malt whisky from North Star's 26th Series was distilled in July 2009 before being aged in sherry hogsheads.

Funky aromas, Play-doh and farmyard reminiscent notes. The palate is syrupy like date syrup and sour cherry soup. The finish is like nothing known from Speyside before.
