This is drinking in its absolute sweet spot at the moment. A beautiful tall bottle leads onto red fruit, then dark chocolate , then rich, full, plum flavours, finishing all cassis vanilla and spice.

The nose has a racy character, the mainly black fruits bilberry and black cherry spiced up by herbal black pepper. The mid palate is rich the black fruits backed by dark chocolate and then towards the back the fresher more herbal spice gives an appealing twist to the tail.
