Vineyard & Production

The vines, planted at a density of 4,200 plants per hectare, yield just 400–600 grams per plant—an incredibly low yield that ensures remarkable concentration. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully placed into airy crates to preserve integrity. The wine matures for 14 months in French oak tonneaux, followed by 12 months of bottle ageing, achieving exceptional balance and refinement.

A sincere and precise expression of Primitivo, Diciotto reveals deep, ripe fruit aromas intertwined with tobacco and soft undertones of chocolate and coffee. On the palate, it is velvety and expansive, with refined tannins that unfold gracefully. Its dense yet delicate texture lingers persistently, leaving a lasting impression of elegance and power.
