Vineyard and Production

The vines are trained in the spalliera system at a density of 4,200 plants per hectare, yielding around 2,200 grams of grapes per plant. Grapes are hand-picked and carefully placed into airy crates to preserve freshness before fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks, maintaining the wine's vibrant fruit character and natural aromatic purity.

The bouquet is sincere and expressive, with an intriguing mix of ripe fruit and exotic nuances characteristic of the Primitivo grape. On the palate, fleshy and generous, bursting with ripe red fruit and soft tannins, balanced by a pleasant freshness.
