Vineyard & Production

The 15-year-old vines are trained in the spalliera system at a density of 4,200 plants per hectare, yielding around 2,200 grams of grapes per plant. Grapes are hand-picked and carefully placed into airy crates to preserve freshness before fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

The bouquet reveals sincere, expressive aromas characteristic of this precious grape — an intriguing mix of ripe fruit and exotic nuances. On the palate, it is fleshy and generous, bursting with ripe red fruit and soft tannins, balanced by a pleasant freshness. The finish is long, smooth, and gently intoxicating, reflecting the variety’s rich Mediterranean soul.
