Production

Grapes are sourced from cool, ocean‑influenced vineyards where early morning harvests preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at low temperatures to capture purity of fruit, with a short period on fine lees to add subtle texture and complexity. No oak is used, ensuring a clean, focused expression of Sauvignon Blanc that highlights the coastal character of the Cape.
