From the vineyards of the small well known district of the upper Loire, which surrounds the picturesque village of Sancerre. Made with only grapes from the Sauvignon vine are allowed to be labeled Sancerre, which derives from a special flavour from the limestone soul of the terroir.

This is a very enjoyable dry white wine with a crisp finish. Serve well chilled and enjoy on its own or with any fish or white meat dishes.
