Vineyard & Production

Grapes are sourced from Sancerre's three key soil types: Terres Blanches (limestone), Caillottes (chalky limestone), and Silex (flint) — each contributing a distinct dimension to the final blend. Hand-picked and gently pressed, fermentation occurs at 18°C with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats to preserve natural aromas, elegance, and complexity. The final wine is a blend of all three terroirs, reflecting the unique character of each.
