Meet the producer
Domaine Michel Girard et Fils comprises 21 hectares of vineyards across 30 parcels, with vines averaging 15 years old, producing precise and terroir-driven Sauvignon Blanc.

Production
Grapes are sourced from Sancerre’s three key soil types: Terres Blanches (limestone), Caillottes (chalky limestone), and Silex (flint). Hand-picked and gently pressed, fermentation occurs at 18°C with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats to preserve natural aromas, elegance, and complexity. The final wine is a blend of these parcels, reflecting the unique character of each terroir.

Herbaceous and aromatic on the nose, with taut citrus and green herb notes on the palate, underpinned by a lively minerality.
