Vineyard and Production.

Grapes are sourced exclusively from Monte Schiavo's estate vineyards at altitudes between 180 and 360 metres across four sites in the Castelli di Jesi zone. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to preserve bright fruit aromas, classic Verdicchio minerality and fresh character throughout.

Tasting Notes.

Fresh apricot and orchard fruit aromas with hints of lemon and white flowers. The palate shows classic Verdicchio minerality and texture, with ripe stone fruit, grapefruit notes and a crisp, saline finish.

Perfect Pairings.

An excellent match for fish dishes and chicken salads. Also well suited to light starters, grilled seafood and fresh pasta with clams.
