Vineyard & Production

The grapes are hand-harvested at optimal maturity from select estate blocks in Stellenbosch. Upon arrival at the cellar, each varietal is destemmed, crushed, and fermented separately in open-top concrete vats with regular pump-overs to extract rich colour and fine, complex tannins. Following malolactic fermentation, the individual wines are transferred to French oak barriques (predominantly new) for an extensive maturation period of eighteen months. The components are then artfully blended to achieve ultimate harmony and balance before being bottled.
