Production

Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes are organically grown and harvested at optimal ripeness. Indian Runner ducks patrol the vineyards to manage pests naturally. The wine is vinified to highlight purity of fruit and freshness, with minimal intervention to preserve its natural character.
