Winemaking

Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested from selected premium vineyards. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes barrel fermentation in new and second-fill French oak barrels, where it matures on the lees to develop complexity and depth. No sulphur is added during ageing, preserving the wine's natural character and aromatic integrity.
