Vineyard
Grapes are grown in the southern McLaren Vale subregion, where a combination of soil types and warm coastal breezes encourages balanced acidity and ripe, expressive fruit.

Winemaking
Fermented on skins in a mix of open and closed fermenters to extract gentle aromatics and colour. The wine is then briefly aged in tanks before bottling to preserve its vibrant, unoaked character.
