Production

Blanc de Noirs is made exclusively from the estate’s finest Pinot Noir grapes, harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness and flavour intensity. The wine undergoes traditional sparkling wine production techniques, including secondary fermentation in bottle, resulting in fine, elegant bubbles. Careful ageing on lees develops richness, texture, and aromatic complexity without the use of oak, ensuring the wine retains its purity and finesse.
