Dolcetto is a lovely lighter style wine with a higher acidity grown in the Piemonte region of Italy. Intense on the nose with cherries and ripe plums. The palate is juicy, fragrant with balanced acidity and a slight bitter aftertaste. Drink on its own or with lighter first courses, appetizers and fresh cheeses.
