The Regnard Grand Regnard Chablis is a distinguished expression of Chardonnay from the esteemed Maison Regnard in Burgundy. Crafted from 30-year-old vines planted in the renowned clay-limestone soils of Chablis, this wine embodies the region's celebrated minerality and elegance.

Tasting Notes
This Chablis presents a pale straw-yellow hue with green reflections. The nose is expressive, revealing aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, complemented by citrus blossoms and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it offers a round and creamy texture, with flavours of ripe citrus and orchard fruits. A taut mineral backbone, reminiscent of flint and wet stone, adds depth and complexity, leading to a clean, saline finish with vibrant acidity.

Food Pairing
Ideal with seafood dishes like grilled lobster or scallops, as well as white meats in creamy sauces. Also complements goat's cheese and fresh salads.

Maison Regnard, founded in 1860, is one of Chablis' oldest and most respected producers. Acquired by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette in 1984, the estate continues to uphold traditional winemaking practices while embracing modern techniques to produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of Chablis.
