Ranch 32 is a Monterey-based winery dedicated to crafting wines that reflect the potential of the region’s diverse terroir. By combining careful vineyard management with precise winemaking, Ranch 32 produces expressive and approachable wines that highlight both varietal character and regional identity.

Production

Estate-grown grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness during the night and delivered to the winery early in the morning to preserve freshness. Select lots are carefully sorted, destemmed, and crushed, then fermented dry in open-top containers. The cap of skins and seeds is gently punched down several times daily to extract flavour, colour, and structure.

Maturation

The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels (25% French, 10% American, 35% new oak), allowing complex layers to integrate and develop while maintaining varietal purity.
