Vineyard & Production

After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine rests on its fine lees for several months to gain subtle textural complexity before being bottled fresh to maintain its bright, crisp profile.

In the glass, it displays a pale straw-yellow colour with luminous greenish reflections.
