Production

The Malvasia Fina, Encruzado and Cerceal Branco grapes are pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel. The wine spends 6 months in tank before bottling, developing complexity while preserving freshness and minerality.

Fresh aromas of lemons and green apple with hints of wet stone. The palate has bright acidity, citrus characters alongside mineral and savoury notes, leading to a crisp finish.
