Lemon-coloured with fine, persistent bubbles, it displays fresh and intense aromas combining floral and citrus notes with a subtle, delicate smoky minerality. Meet the Producer

Winemaker João Almeida Cabral crafts wines that reflect the unique terroir of Vinho Verde, balancing freshness, minerality, and aromatic intensity. The estate focuses on gentle handling of grapes and precise winemaking to preserve the purity and expression of each variety.

Production

Grapes from the Loureiro and Arinto varieties are gently destemmed and pressed. The juice is decanted naturally before undergoing primary fermentation in stainless steel vats. A secondary fermentation in tank develops the fine, elegant bubbles characteristic of this Spumante.

Maturation

Matured entirely in stainless steel to maintain crispness, freshness, and vibrant fruit expression.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon in colour, the wine presents delicate floral and citrus aromas with a subtle smoked mineral note. The palate is fresh, lively, and creamy, with a fine, persistent mousse and a clean, elegant finish.
