Ingredients (Per Serving):

• 40ml Wyborowa Vodka
• 20ml Gabriel Boudier Passion Fruit Liqueur
• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
• 15ml Vanilla Syrup
• ½ Fresh Passion Fruit (scoop the seeds out for the shaker)
• 50ml Prosecco or Champagne (served on the side)

Equipment Needed:

• Cocktail shaker
• Strainer
• Coupe glass
• Shot glass (for the fizz)

Step-by-Step How-To

• Prep the Glass: Chill a coupe or martini glass ahead of time.
• Combine the Flavours: In your cocktail shaker, scoop in the seeds and pulp from half of a fresh passion fruit. Add the Wyborowa Vodka, Gabriel Boudier Passion Fruit Liqueur, fresh lime juice, and vanilla syrup.
• Ice and Shake: Fill the shaker to the brim with cubed ice. Seal it tightly and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels ice-cold.
• Strain: Fine-strain the vibrant liquid into your chilled coupe glass to remove the passion fruit seeds and ice shards, creating a smooth, velvety top.
