Plantation Guatemala & Belize Gran Añejo Rum brings together two Central American rum traditions, each shaped by their own climate and distillation style. Guatemala contributes soft, elegant column‑still rum aged in a cooler highland climate, while Belize adds a slightly richer, warmer profile. After initial ageing in ex‑bourbon barrels in their home countries, the rum is shipped to France for a second maturation in Ferrand cognac casks — a signature of the Plantation style. This double‑ageing approach gives the spirit extra depth, roundness and a gentle fruit‑forward character.

Its aroma shows soft vanilla, light caramel, gentle oak and a touch of tropical fruit. On the palate, it offers a smooth, rounded texture with notes of toffee, ripe banana, subtle spice and a hint of dried fruit sweetness. The finish is warm, mellow and lightly oaked, making it an approachable sipping rum that also works beautifully in elevated classic cocktails.
