The Florensac terroir, one of the oldest vineyards on the Mediterranean coast, is renowned for producing exceptional white wines in the South of France. Benefiting from cooling sea breezes that moderate the summer heat, these high-ground vineyards planted on clay and limestone soils deliver grapes with remarkable freshness and aromatic purity. Vignerons de Florensac focuses on sustainable practices, harvesting at night to preserve the delicate flavours, and producing wines that are vibrant, expressive, and full of character.

Winemaking

Grapes are fully destemmed and undergo a brief cold maceration for 2 hours before being pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is cooled to 4°C and stabilised on lees for 10 days with CO₂. Fermentation occurs at cool temperatures to retain the aromatic freshness and structure of the wine.

Tasting Note

Pale yellow with brilliant green reflections, this fresh and fruity wine opens with notes of lemon and grapefruit. On the palate, it is exotic, lively, and vibrant, with citrus-driven richness and an elegant, persistent finish.

Viticulture

The grapes are sourced from HVE3-certified vineyards and are harvested at night to preserve flavour, freshness, and aromatic intensity.
