Vineyard & Production

Sourced from family-owned vineyards in La Morra and Serralunga in the Barolo area, and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio in the Barbaresco area. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks after maceration on the skins for around 20 days. The wine is then refined in French and Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 24 months, with a small portion aged in barriques, developing complexity and structure while preserving freshness and aromatic precision.

Tasting Notes

Intense and ripe on the nose with red cherry, dried rose and subtle earthy notes. The palate is fresh and almost sweet in its fruit expression, with soft, pleasantly fragrant tannins and a long, refined finish. Lovely poise and balance throughout.

A natural partner for roasted meats, braised beef, lamb and aged hard cheeses. Also excellent with truffle dishes, wild mushroom risotto and hearty Piedmontese classics.
