Production

The Brand vineyard enjoys a southerly aspect that ensures high levels of sunshine, ripeness, and richness in the grapes. Cave de Turckheim maintains low cropping levels well below the appellation's maximum. The grapes are hand-harvested, pressed using pneumatic presses, and fermented under controlled temperatures. The wine is un-fined and lightly filtered to retain its naturally aromatic character.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of buttery honey and a dusting of exotic spice lead to a palate of butterscotch, warm spice, and freshly baked glazed apricot tart. The mid-palate is nicely weighted, balanced by a lift of silky lime acidity, producing an elegant and harmonious finish.
