A butter honey nose, with white flowers. The palate is also lightly floral with flavours of freshly baked ripe apricot tart. The mouth weight is considerable with a syrupy mid palate, which is balanced with moutwatering lime acidity. Excellent value.
Food Recommendations
Foie gras, Indian and Thai food (although not too much chilli!), smoked mackerel or full flavoured trout, salmon or sea bass dishes featuring soy sauce, ginger et al. Or how about a macaroon!?
