Vineyard & Production

At the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed before undergoing cool, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. The wine is kept on its fine lees for several months with periodic stirring to enhance mid-palate texture and complexity before blending and bottling.
