Pazo das Bruxas is a wine inspired by Galician folklore, where, according to legend, witches once conjured nature’s energy through dances and spells, bringing vitality to the vines. Just as that magic flowed through the land, the Albariño grapes of Rías Baixas now give life to this vibrant, elegant wine.

Tasting & Style

This Albariño is expressive and refined, with bright citrus and stone fruit aromas, hints of white flowers, and a fresh Atlantic minerality. On the palate, it is lively and well-structured, balancing fruit concentration with crisp acidity and a clean, lingering finish.

Origin & Terroir

Launched in 2012 by the fifth generation of Familia Torres, Pazo das Bruxas is crafted primarily from vineyards in the Salnés Valley, the birthplace of Albariño. The cool, maritime climate and granite soils of DO Rías Baixas impart freshness, authenticity, and a distinctly Atlantic character to the wine.
