Production

Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in small-batch open fermenters for up to 20 days on skins, allowing for optimal extraction of colour, flavour, and tannins. The wine is pressed straight into high-calibre French oak barrels where it undergoes maturation. Only the most spectacular barrels are selected by the winemaker for this exclusive blend.
