Paul John's Bold is a fantastic example of the peated offerings from India. With its characteristics hailing from Goa, it delivers aromas of honey, spice and bourbon liquorice which come through after the initial peated smoke cloud. It is a silky smooth malt with an oak tinged honey appearance. It delivers spice after that cloud of peat lifts and leaves a sooty peaty flavour with notes of mocha, spice and other complex notes.
