Grapes sourced from Elgin, where cool days and nights preserve delicate fruit flavours and natural acidity.

Winemaking
Whole-bunch pressed and fermented 100% with wild yeasts in French oak barrels (26% new, 26% second fill, remainder 3rd/4th fill). Minimal lees stirring preserves freshness and vibrancy.
