The Cielo family’s estate in the Friuli Grave DOC is home to some of Italy’s finest white and sparkling wines, with plantings of Glera, Pinot Grigio, Friulano, and Sauvignon Blanc. The region’s balance of concentrated fruit and crisp, refreshing acidity showcases why Friuli is often considered Italy’s premier area for white wine production.

Winemaking

The Prosecco is crafted using temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, followed by the Charmat method to capture the naturally produced CO₂ and deliver its signature lively sparkle. This careful handling preserves the delicate aromatics and hallmark freshness of the Glera grape.

Tasting Note

A classic northern Italian sparkler, brimming with fragrant pear aromas and a palate of succulent apple and pear. Gently foamy and light, the finish is crisp, delicate, and refreshing.

Viticulture

Grapes are machine harvested to minimise the time between picking and pressing, ensuring the freshness and preservation of the delicate aromatics inherent to Glera.
