Production

The Shiraz vines are located in the southwest of the Languedoc, thriving in silty and sandy soils under a hot, dry Mediterranean climate. Grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, de-stemmed, and macerated at low temperatures to capture the purest fruit expression. No oak is used, allowing the natural cherry, plum, and blackberry flavours to shine. Daily tasting ensures precision before early bottling.

Bright aromas of cherry, plum, and blackberry. The palate is lush and juicy, with ripe berry fruits, gentle spice, and subtle notes of coffee, all combining for a soft, friendly, and approachable red.
