Vineyard and Production

The vines are unusually cordon-trained in a region dominated by bush vines, their roots digging deep into sandy, silty soils and producing concentrated fruit fully ripened under the Mediterranean sun. After careful destemming, the grapes are macerated at cool temperatures and vinified without oak to preserve Grenache's vibrant fruit purity.
