Boutinot France has grown from a small importer into one of the country’s most dynamic producers. With a philosophy rooted in showcasing regional character, their wines balance tradition and innovation, delivering authentic expressions of southern France.

Production

Grenache and Cinsault, two traditional Languedoc varieties, are harvested at optimum ripeness to capture bright fruit while retaining fresh acidity. Using the classic rosé-de-presse method, the grapes undergo a short maceration followed by gentle pressing, giving the wine its delicate colour and vibrant fruit profile without unwanted tannins.

Tasting notes

Juicy red berry flavours from Grenache are lifted by a hint of spice from Cinsault. Fresh, textured, and dry on the finish, this rosé is both versatile and elegant – perfect for summer sipping or pairing with food.
