A meticulous 5-day pre-fermentation cold soak prepares the must for a 15-day vinification process under controlled temperatures, capturing the very essence of the grapes. The final masterpiece is unveiled after a nurturing 6-month maturation in new French oak barrels, where the wine's essence intertwines with the oak's elegance.
