Production

Grapes are hand-harvested in the early morning to avoid heat stress, preserving freshness and aromatic potential. Following careful destemming and gentle pressing, fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The wine undergoes 12 months in French oak barrels, six months in large oak casks, four months in stainless steel tanks, and four months in bottle before release, ensuring a balanced structure, smooth tannins, and integrated flavours.

Tasting Notes

Rich ruby in colour, the wine offers aromas of ripe red and black berries, complemented by subtle oak spice. The palate is full-bodied yet elegant, with well-integrated tannins, fresh acidity, and a long, harmonious finish.
