Vinification & Maturation Harvested at dawn to preserve freshness, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 25°C. The wine then undergoes an extended maturation process: 12 months in French oak barrels 6 months in large oak barrels 4 months in stainless steel tanks 4 months in bottle This careful aging brings balance, softness, and integrated flavour development.
