Produced as a collaborative release between Stewart Brewing and Padstow Brewery. Made with the classic botanical flavours that make the Negroni cocktail, these have then been injected into this sour beer through the addition of juniper berries, rosemary, lavendar and orange zest.

An assertive bitterness from the hops and the use of crystal and dextrin malts balances the beer to create the flavours of the Negroni cocktail.
