Production

Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their aromatics and flavours. Gentle pressing and controlled fermentation ensure the wine maintains its freshness, while the natural acidity and texture are carefully retained.

The bouquet is fragrant and layered, featuring spicy and floral notes with hints of honeyed pear and jasmine. On the palate, flavours of custard apple, ginger, and bush honey unfold, balanced by a lively acidity and subtle oyster shell salinity.
