Ouzo of Plomari Isidoros Arvanitis is a traditional Greek ouzo crafted on the island of Lesvos, where the spirit has been produced with the same care and character since 1894. It is made using copper pot distillation and a closely guarded family recipe that blends high‑quality alcohol with a selection of aromatic seeds and herbs, including anise from Lisvori, fennel, star anise, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This combination gives the spirit its distinctive aromatic depth and the smooth, elegant profile that has made it one of Greece’s most respected ouzos.
