Meet the producer
Crafted exclusively from estate-grown grapes in the O Rosal subregion of Rías Baixas, Orballo reflects the unique coastal terroir of northwestern Spain, where Atlantic influences and careful vineyard management produce fresh, aromatic whites of remarkable precision.

Vineyard
Grapes are grown in the estate’s own vineyards in O Rosal, planted on well-drained soils that benefit from the cooling Atlantic breezes. Meticulous vineyard management ensures optimal ripeness and aromatic intensity.

Winemaking
Hand-harvested in 20 kg cases, grapes undergo a 6-hour cold maceration at 10°C, followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation occurs naturally in 5,000-litre stainless steel tanks over 2–3 weeks at 16°C. The wine is then aged for six months on its lees in stainless steel, six months in concrete egg, and six months in ceramic tanks to enhance texture and complexity.

Tasting notes
Fresh and aromatic, with notes of citrus, pear, and apricot, layered with delicate floral and saline nuances. Medium-bodied with a lively, mineral-driven finish.

Food match
Excellent with seafood, more flavourful fish, fresh cheeses, foie gras, chicken, rice dishes, and pasta. Serve chilled at 12°C.
