Sig TOM BRE is dedicated to producing wines that respect both tradition and the environment. Their philosophy combines careful vineyard management with minimal intervention in the cellar, resulting in wines that are expressive, approachable and environmentally conscious.

Production

The grapes are grown in organically certified vineyards in Veneto, where the cool breezes from the Adriatic Sea and the mineral‑rich soils provide ideal conditions for Prosecco production. Harvesting is carried out at optimal ripeness to preserve freshness, followed by gentle pressing and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, ensuring a fine mousse and vibrant aromatics while maintaining the integrity of the organic fruit.

Sig TOM BRE Prosecco Organic opens with aromas of white blossom, green apple and pear. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with flavours of citrus zest, orchard fruit and a subtle hint of almond. The finish is clean and refreshing, with persistent bubbles that enhance its elegance and charm.
