A rather special single vineyard wine from Nyetimber's Tillington vineyard in West Sussex. The 2013 vintage was excellent with a late warm period which extended the picking of the grapes until the end of October.

Made from an assemblage of 21% Chardonnay and 79% Pinot Noir, the Pinot is dominant with red fruits combining with toasted bread, revealing freshness and complexity. The palate has power but retains freshness, flavours of mandarines, and pastry proceed to a touch of vanilla on the lengthy finish.

Food Pairings: Although a delicate and complex wine it has a underlying power and demands suitable accompliment such as monkfish, Lobster or Turbot.
