Cuvee Cherie is Nyetimber's Demi-Sec wine made from multiple vintages with at least 20-30% of reserve wines. It has perfect balance, with lemon citrus fruits, honey tones and lively acidity on the clean, structure finish. A favourite with our staff at a recent tasting.
