Vineyard & Production

The fruit is hand-harvested from the Fundo Quitralman vineyard in Mulchén, originally planted in 1993 on alluvial, well-draining soils. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place with selected yeasts split across three vessels to build balance: 55% in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats (at 12–14ºC) to lock in pristine fruit, 35% in previously used French oak barrels, and 10% in large new foudres. Following fermentation, the wine remains on its fine lees with periodic batonnage (stirring) for six months, acquiring textural depth prior to cold-stabilisation, fining, and bottling.

In the glass, it presents a pale straw colour with bright greenish reflections. The nose is subtle and multi-layered, opening with fragrant aromas of fresh lime, green apple, honeysuckle, and a distinct flinty minerality.
