Noah is a Pedro Ximénez VORS (Very Old Rare Sherry) aged for an average of 30 years in American oak barrels following the traditional criaderas and Solera system. It originates from the Viña Canariera estate, where the “soleo” process is carried out, drying the PX grapes in the sun to concentrate their sugars and flavours.

Tasting notes

Noah displays an intense ebony colour, almost opaque, with pronounced tears on the glass due to its high sugar content. On the nose, it reveals rich aromas of ripe fruits, figs, coffee, and delicate spices. The palate is sweet, silky, and luscious, with a surprising depth of sweetness that is both elegant and persistent.

Serve slightly chilled in a small wine glass. Noah is ideal with desserts, dried fruits, or as a contemplative wine on its own.
