This white blend from Swartland, South Africa has great complexity and texture. The nose is flora, with aromas of peach blossom, pear and hints of white pepper. The palate is vibrant with acidity and notes of nectarine and yellow grapefruit.

The blend is made up of chenin blanc, clairette, viognier, grenache blanc, semilon gris and verdelho all coming from parcels that are up to 67 years old across Swartland. Farming harmony with nature, minimal intervention and indigenous yeast fermentation are key to the creation of this wine which honestly reflects the soils from which it comes from.
