Mount Gay Rum The PX Sherry Cask Expression is a luxurious and limited release from Barbados, crafted as part of the Master Blender Collection. This edition explores the influence of Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bringing a rich and indulgent dimension to Mount Gay’s traditional molasses-based rum. Initially aged in American oak, the rum is finished in PX sherry casks, imparting depth, sweetness and a velvety texture.

The nose reveals aromas of dried figs, raisins and toasted nuts, layered with hints of dark chocolate and spice. On the palate, it delivers a sumptuous blend of rich fruitcake, treacle, and warming oak, balanced by subtle tannins and a touch of salinity. This golden amber rum finishes long and smooth, with lingering notes of sherried fruit and gentle spice.
