Vineyard & Production

Made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes grown in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico zone, north-west of Verona. Grapes are hand-harvested late in October and naturally dried for four months before pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by two years of maturation in Slavonian oak casks and French barriques, delivering depth, complexity and harmony.
