Vineyard & Production

The grapes are hand-selected from prime vineyard blocks across McLaren Vale during the cool night and early morning hours to preserve freshness. Each variety is harvested, destemmed, and fermented separately in open-top vats with regular cap management to maximize colour and soft tannin extraction. After gentle pressing, the individual component wines mature in American and French oak barrels (a mixture of new and seasoned wood) before being artfully blended to achieve optimal balance, texture, and length prior to bottling.
